These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Supplier's business and services of sale and any terms inconsistent herewith, including any general conditions of the Buyer, shall be binding only if confirmed by the Supplier in writing, failing which the Supplier shall be entitled to reject any objection made by the Buyer.
